SJÖARED's Vilhelm Lidman got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Anthon Söderström came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Algot Bollström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Anthon Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, RB Göteborg's Algot Bollström got control of the ball when Vilhelm Lidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. SJÖARED's Vilhelm Lidman came free and shot a quick shot against goal 20 minutes in the game, fortunately Algot Bollström had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Algot Bollström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Helge Gustafsson in the 27th minute of play. Ludwig Söderlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Springfält having to interfere. In the 37th minute, SJÖARED's Vidar Lang ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Algot Bollström. Algot Bollström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Algot Bollström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vidar Lang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SJÖARED booed when RB Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Aibert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 51 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Lidman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Algot Bollström. RB Göteborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vilhelm Lidman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Vidar Lang scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Algot Bollström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SJÖARED's Urban Rudberg was substituted for Vidar Lang. Helge Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludwig Söderlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Adrian Springfält tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SJÖARED's Isak Qvarnström was substituted for Vilhelm Lidman. RB Göteborg's Algot Bollström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urban Rudberg in the 75th minute of play. Algot Bollström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Qvarnström in the 81st minute of the match. Algot Bollström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urban Rudberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Isak Qvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Knutsson kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Algot Bollström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urban Rudberg in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Isak Qvarnström notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of RB Göteborg's Algot Bollström. Algot Bollström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SJÖARED's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
