An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Olsson in the 5th minute of play forced Wyoming Cowboys's goalkeeper Henning Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Wyoming Cowboys's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Olsson came free, but Henning Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31stth minute of the game Nils-Åke Kinnman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wyoming Cowboys's Henning Berglund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sänningstjärns BK's Mito Troyanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats McNamara in the 33rd minute of play. Nils-Åke Kinnman struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Henning Berglund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sänningstjärns BK. Mito Troyanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodney Huston, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Wyoming Cowboys's Henning Berglund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Wyoming Cowboys from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edwin McNamara made a kick off. Olof Wallin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Henning Berglund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henning Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 55th minute of play. Henning Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sänningstjärns BK getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Knut Olsson hit a great ball. Henning Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Wallin in the 72nd minute of the match. After having played for 74 minutes, Nils-Åke Kinnman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sänningstjärns BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Åke Kinnman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Wyoming Cowboys's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Kinnman came free, but Henning Berglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Sänningstjärns BK's goalkeeper Mito Troyanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lanny Lilly. Henning Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Åke Kinnman in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Sänningstjärns BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Benedict to maneuver through the defense. When Ragnar McNamara fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wyoming Cowboys's protests and gave Ragnar McNamara a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Ragnar McNamara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sänningstjärns BK had played much better football throughout.
