After a defensive mix-up in Grimório's zone, Thibault Delanoë stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wawrzyniec Niedziela came out of the goal and Thibault Delanoë tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 19th minute, Kajar Püss made a precise shot to the right of Meng Yu Hui. Cospe-Fogo-Pelasventa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Grimório's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Mesquita came free, but Wawrzyniec Niedziela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Percival de Souza hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Alo Ülipikk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meng Yu Hui having to make a save. Israel Otsando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
