The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Emanuel Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodoro Guedes kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After 7th play minutes Maicon de Amorim shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Adelino de Andrade and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice moves Maicon de Amorim could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Adelino de Andrade however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jovens Democratas MZC's Edvaldo Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Alberto Miranda in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon de Amorim in the 31st minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Adelino de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Maicon de Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adelino de Andrade was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After 41 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Wilian Antunes. 43 minutes into the match, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Adelino de Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sérgio Chaves. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Adelino de Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon de Amorim in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maicon de Amorim to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Salles to maneuver through the defense. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Claudinho Siqueira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edvaldo Costa but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon de Amorim in the 55th minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Adelino de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Maicon de Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Adelino de Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adelino de Andrade came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Sérgio Chaves. But to his dismay, Sérgio Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Claudinho Siqueira might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claudinho Siqueira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65thth minute of the game Maicon de Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Adelino de Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Maicon de Amorim sped through BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adelino de Andrade. The audience was convinced that Maicon de Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adelino de Andrade was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Zé Augusto Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edinho Dante during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Edinho Dante got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 77 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Guerra. 83 minutes into the match, Maicon de Amorim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adelino de Andrade. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maicon de Amorim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. When Wilian Antunes came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Jovens Democratas MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilian Antunes couldn't finish the play. Otávio Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Adelino de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon de Amorim in the 95th minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Adelino de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Jovens Democratas MZC fully deserved thier win.
