The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jardel Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Novaes in the 6th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Lino Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Gil Velloso got a free kick in the 14th minute. Wesley Pinheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lino Araújo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wesley Pinheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. AF CERRADO's Lino Araújo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save AF CERRADO from getting a goal against them. Lino Araújo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when José Augusto Novaes sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as José Augusto Novaes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lino Araújo. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, José Augusto Novaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Araújo came out of the goal and José Augusto Novaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lino Araújo came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes. But to his dismay, José Augusto Novaes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Augusto Novaes made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erivaldo Marques in the 55th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Lino Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute José Augusto Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Favoretto in the 58th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Lino Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when ITAFUT 4EVER's José Augusto Novaes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 67 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Orlando Mineiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lino Araújo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When José Augusto Novaes came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the ITAFUT 4EVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Augusto Novaes couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Dé Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Orlando Mineiro made a precise shot to the right of Lino Araújo. AF CERRADO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 81st minute, José Augusto Novaes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 90th minute José Augusto Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Luiz Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
