Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gil Meira got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Severino Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaká Soares. Premier FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Severino Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Severino Marquez struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Kaká Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MUSHIBA FC. Robinho Penha made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MUSHIBA FC's Cacá Ramalho. In the 17th minute, Régis Sampaio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Joélson Palmeira. When Severino Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MUSHIBA FC's protests and gave Severino Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Premier FC booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Premier FC:s Kaká Soares showed great skill when he stopped Raí Nogueira:s penalty. After some careless play in the Premier FC defense, Raí Nogueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaká Soares. The Premier FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaká Soares should have stopped the shot. Kaká Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Meira, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 33rd minute, Joel Britto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Meira in the 34th minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Kaká Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's Severino Marquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaká Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jailson Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Chiquinho do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MUSHIBA FC's Chiquinho do Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Ceresso in the 42nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Vítor Amaral in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MUSHIBA FC's Cacá Ramalho. When Cacá Ramalho came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the MUSHIBA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cacá Ramalho couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jailson Damião to make the kick off. 56 minutes in the game Vítor Amaral did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Robinho Penha. Kaká Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. A collision led to Premier FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Vítor Amaral hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Severino Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaká Soares didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 62nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Severino Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Soares having to interfere. Chiquinho do Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charles Ceresso went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, MUSHIBA FC's Cacá Ramalho got a free kick in the 78th minute. MUSHIBA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raí Nogueira in the 83rd minute. Raí Nogueira made a great header on MUSHIBA FC's corner, it was just that Premier FC's Kaká Soares managed to reach the ball for a save. Severino Marquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 90th minute, one of Premier FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Premier FC. Raí Nogueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kaká Soares. Premier FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Valdomiro Cearense got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Premier FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MUSHIBA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for MUSHIBA FC.
