Gil Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Pedro Martins having to interfere. João Pedro Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Marquez in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Váldson de Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Severino Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Pedro Martins was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Fabiofs's João Pedro Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Marquez in the 16th minute of play. When Daniel Lago was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 17 minutes had been played. In the 18th minute Severino Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Jânio Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 22 played minutes Fabiofs got a freekick which was hit by Jânio Neiva. Severino Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over João Pedro Martins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Severino Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. João Pedro Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson de Lara to maneuver through the defense. Didi Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Pontes to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severino Marquez in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Pedro Martins saved Fabiofs from getting behind. The MUSHIBA FC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when MUSHIBA FC's Severino Marquez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. André Pontes made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Evandro Félix however managed to control. João Pedro Martins came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by MUSHIBA FC's Severino Marquez. But to his dismay, Severino Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Arnaldo Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gil Meira made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, MUSHIBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Rômulo Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evandro Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 65th match minute, MUSHIBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Marquez to maneuver through the defense. Gil Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the game, Severino Marquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MUSHIBA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fabiofs the free kick. Severino Marquez struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. João Pedro Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MUSHIBA FC. In the 88th minute, Luís Fernando Ceresso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Fabiofs's João Pedro Martins got control of the ball when Severino Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MUSHIBA FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
