Antônio Motta started the match with the kick off. Doni Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Diego Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio RK75 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Grêmio RK75's Diego Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sydney Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Doni Koehler scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bebeto Paranaense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute, Rodolfo de Lara made a precise shot to the right of Bebeto Paranaense. Grêmio RK75's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Costa in the 30th minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Granadero10 defense, Adhemar Sabóia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sydney Barros. The Granadero10 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sydney Barros should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Diego Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sydney Barros was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Rodolfo de Lara's late challenge caught a Grêmio RK75's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodolfo de Lara helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo de Lara. A hard shot by Rodolfo de Lara from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Bebeto Paranaense's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Granadero10 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Grêmio RK75 were winning 2-3.

After a defensive mix-up in Granadero10's zone, Diego Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sydney Barros came out of the goal and Diego Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, Diego Costa notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Granadero10's Sydney Barros. Sydney Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Grêmio RK75's Diego Costa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sydney Barros. That made the score 2-5 after 64 minutes of play. Rodolfo de Lara hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 68th play minutes Diego Costa shot 2-6, a short shot which went by Sydney Barros and just under the crossbar into goal. Denílson Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Barros having to interfere. When Adhemar Sabóia came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Grêmio RK75 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adhemar Sabóia couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Granadero10's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mário Sérgio was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio RK75's players had a chance to rest. Mário Sérgio made a great header on Grêmio RK75's corner, it was just that Granadero10's Sydney Barros managed to reach the ball for a save. Sydney Barros made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Diego Costa sent off a good shot on target. Grêmio RK75's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
