In the 7thth minute of the game Lince Negro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botafogo AP's Nilton dos Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lince Negro sped through Botafogo AP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nilton dos Santos. Nilton dos Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lince Negro in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Anderbye FC booed when Botafogo AP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvaldo Cerezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 22nd minute when Lince Negro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lince Negro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nilton dos Santos was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Elivélton Ferraz took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilton dos Santos. Nilton dos Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The Botafogo AP players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Anderbye FC were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lince Negro was the one to do the kick off.
