The ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fernando Matos should have stopped the shot. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s Luiz Fernando Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário Seco in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romário Seco in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luiz Fernando Matos saved ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ from getting behind. After 35 played minutes ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Cosme. A hard shot 36 in the game by Chiquinho Sergipano from a close distance when the talented Luiz Fernando Matos managed to make a qualified save. ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s players were relieved. Fiori Campidelis struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Luiz Fernando Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mestre GG. In the 42nd minute Chiquinho Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Fernando Matos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chiquinho Sergipano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 44 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After 55 minutes, Faustão Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ and the Mestre GG players grew even worse after the yellow card. Faustão Maciel hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Luiz Fernando Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Paiva in the 62nd minute of the match. Luiz Fernando Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquinho Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Paiva in the 65th minute of play forced ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s goalkeeper Luiz Fernando Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ronaldinho Mangueira fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™'s protests and gave Ronaldinho Mangueira a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes ≈SΞVĺЯΔ FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldinho Mangueira. In the 70th minute Romário Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute Fiori Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Peres hit a great freekick 99 minutes into the match. In the 100th minute of the match Fiori Campidelis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Fernando Matos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mestre GG walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
