The Ique Football Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 19th match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Cunha to maneuver through the defense. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ique Football Club's Luciano Vasconcelos. But to his dismay, Luciano Vasconcelos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Ique Football Club's Paulo-Henrique Ganso in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.C. Rodriguinho Reis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodriguinho Reis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 41st minute.

When Rodriguinho Reis fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. In the 88th minute of the match Duarte Arósio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Paulo Urbano skillfully saved the ball. After 90 minutes, Carlos Salgado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ique Football Club and the S.C. Reis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes, S.C. Reis United's Paulo Renato Trevisan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fábio-Deivson Lopes Maciel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.C. Reis United reached it. 93 minutes into the game, Hamílton Vieira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. João Paulo Urbano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ique Football Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
