Caio Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Luisinho Brodel sent off a good shot on target. Sidnei Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wanderson Silveira having to interfere. With 20 minutes on the clock, Fernando Pirani commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 19 minutes into the game, one of OTTO FC - FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Luisinho Brodel charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisinho Brodel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Luisinho Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Wellington Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mário Urbano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wanderson Silveira having to make a save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of OTTO FC - FSCMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Qjos MiLLano:s goal. Wanderson Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Bezerra in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haroldo Mendonça to strike the kick off in the second half. Luisinho Brodel hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Cauã Koehler had to leave the field with a concussion. Mário Urbano's late challenge caught a OTTO FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mário Urbano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th match minute, Qjos MiLLano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Urbano to maneuver through the defense. Wanderson Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wellington Bezerra in the 60th minute of play. The supporters of OTTO FC - FSCMZ booed when Qjos MiLLano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mário Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Dedé Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wanderson Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Tróia in the 68th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wellington Bezerra came free, but Wanderson Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Haroldo Mendonça got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Wanderson Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wellington Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Wanderson Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save OTTO FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them.
