The tension between the Rio Verde F.C CIMZ and the Classe A Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Rio Verde F.C CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Cosme. Kléber Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, Classe A Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murillo Lima to maneuver through the defense. Alan Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Luiz Fabiano Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Christoffer Kempel got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kléber Pernambucano was the one to do the kick off. Paulo de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Paulo de Mendonça showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléber Pernambucano in the 58th minute of the match. Eugênio Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo de Mendonça having to interfere. When Eugênio Peres fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Classe A Futebol Clube's protests and gave Eugênio Peres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Carlinhos Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zac Ba Loua who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Wiliam Favoretto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 80 minutes into the match, Sabo D Agostino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wiliam Favoretto, 0-2. In the 86th match minute, Classe A Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Zac Ba Loua could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Wiliam Favoretto made a huge save.
