The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Almeida in the 10th minute of play forced Ogro F.C.'s goalkeeper Chiquinho Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celsinho de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. A collision led to Ogro F.C. getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. João Francisco Alagoano hit a great ball. In the 17th match minute, Unidade Pinto Louco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Pinto to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute of the match Evandro Passos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fábio de Godoi skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute Sandro Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio de Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Mário Almeida recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Chiquinho Borges. Mário Almeida showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Fábio de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Francisco Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Celsinho de Almeida with João Vítor Branco as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Unidade Pinto Louco's attentive Filipe Tasso managed to snatch the ball when Evandro Passos made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mário Almeida to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Mário Almeida made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ogro F.C.'s Chiquinho Borges tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Unidade Pinto Louco's Fábio de Godoi got control of the ball when Sandro Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celsinho de Almeida hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Chiquinho Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Sá in the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Unidade Pinto Louco's Fábio de Godoi got control of the ball when Sandro Domingues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sandro Domingues struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Fábio de Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ogro F.C.. 94 minutes into the match, Unidade Pinto Louco's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Abreu came free, but Fábio de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unidade Pinto Louco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ogro F.C. for a fine match.
