Domenico Galli kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Emanuele Di Biagio came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Seggiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuele Di Biagio couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Elorri got free with Carlo Colaneri in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Seggiano's Emanuele Di Biagio got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuele Di Biagio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Rito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute Emanuele Di Biagio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberto Toninelli fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seggiano's protests and gave Alberto Toninelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 72 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Toninelli. 73 minutes into the game, Bianco Lemme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seggiano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soroca F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Bianco Lemme hit a great ball. Carlo Colaneri made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Herminio Quirze sent off a good shot on target. Emanuele Di Biagio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arrigo Saturno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th match minute, Seggiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Saturno to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Elorri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Carlo Colaneri made a huge save. In the 92nd minute Emanuele Di Biagio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Seggiano fans cheered their team off the field, for while Soroca F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
