Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Club Atlético Atlanta's Eustaquio Jaizki started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Atletico Benevento getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Angelo Tarantini hit a great ball. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony De Laurentiis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute Giacomo Guarisi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giacomo Guarisi in the 11th minute of play. Eustaquio Jaizki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Attilio Silveri made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Piacente in the 16th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Atletico Benevento were awarded a corner. Federico Piacente went to the cornerflag to take it. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giacomo Guarisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giacomo Guarisi in the 18th minute of play. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Piacente in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Atletico Benevento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Caroselli to maneuver through the defense. Federico Piacente's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Federico Piacente was slow to take the kick. During this time Atletico Benevento's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Atletico Benevento's corner Federico Piacente fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Germano quite easily take care of the ball. Atletico Benevento's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Federico Piacente in the 31st minute. The corner led Atletico Benevento's Federico Piacente to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Germano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Tarantini in the 34th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Germano came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Benevento's Angelo Tarantini. But to his dismay, Angelo Tarantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Alessio Cancemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Germano having to interfere. Attilio Silveri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 41st minute of play. Rosendo Cutberto charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rosendo Cutberto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Tarantini was the one to do the kick off. When Rosendo Cutberto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Rosendo Cutberto got a free kick in the 54th minute. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giacomo Guarisi in the 57th minute. Pedro Rojelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attilio Silveri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Rojelio in the 63rd minute of the match. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giacomo Guarisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Giacomo Guarisi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Benevento fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Attilio Silveri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Giacomo Guarisi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Germano. Club Atlético Atlanta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Giacomo Guarisi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 83rd minute, Filippo Ciccone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giacomo Guarisi got free with Carlos Germano in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Benevento's Giacomo Guarisi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Germano. That made the score 0-4 after 90 minutes of play. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Angelo Tarantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelo Tarantini spun around in front of the goal 95 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Club Atlético Atlanta's goal. Atletico Benevento played a much better game than Club Atlético Atlanta and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético Atlanta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
