Ettore Corvi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Allegretti having to interfere. Adriano Fracassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Scurti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Finocchio. Alex Marcelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 23rd minute Cosimo Scurti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Fracassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrico Finocchio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Alex Marcelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Angelo Minotti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Minotti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Fracassi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amerigo Melucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Allegretti having to make a save. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Claudio Allegretti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Marcelli in the 38th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Minotti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adriano Fracassi. That made the score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play.

The audience was convinced that Amerigo Melucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Allegretti was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. When Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Angelo Minotti in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Claudio Allegretti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 61 played minutes Lunatics of Arianrhod got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Masciarelli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Minotti in the 63rd minute of play forced Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper Adriano Fracassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Angelo Minotti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adriano Fracassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 68th minute Cosimo Scurti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Fracassi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adriano Fracassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Minotti's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 77th match minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Goffredo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Concetto Albani in the 81st minute of play forced Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's goalkeeper Claudio Allegretti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 played minutes Lunatics of Arianrhod got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Coscia. Lunatics of Arianrhod's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC had won, even though Lunatics of Arianrhod had held more of the ball.
