With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isaac Prutton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benji Corby got free with Marciano Marino in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Várdomb booed when Dorking United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jools Stamp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brett Dingle took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Marino. Marciano Marino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olaf Wieczorek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Neymar Da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes Dorking United FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mendiko Angles who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Várdomb's József Nyitrai to fire away a dangerous shot which Isaac Prutton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 40 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Pearce. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Noel Whittaker in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marciano Marino saved Várdomb from getting behind. After some careless play in the Várdomb defense, Benji Corby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Marino. The Várdomb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Marino should have stopped the shot. Benji Corby let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 47th minute shot 3-0 at rihgt post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Neymar Da Silva was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Dorking United FC got a freekick which was hit by Sammy Toovey. Marciano Marino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benji Corby in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Benji Corby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Prutton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Benke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marciano Marino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benji Corby's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. Várdomb's Marciano Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Whittaker in the 75th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Benji Corby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Marino was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Dorking United FC from getting a goal against them. In the 84thth minute of the game Benji Corby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Várdomb's Marciano Marino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 87th minute Dorking United FC were awarded a corner. Karl Fletcher went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Dorking United FC's corner Karl Fletcher fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marciano Marino quite easily take care of the ball. Benji Corby took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Marino. Marciano Marino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Dorking United FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
