Gavino Ubarna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mino Suarez, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Mino Suarez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gavino Ubarna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 16 minutes Gondor FC™'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Don John who took care of the corner kick. 17 minutes into the match, Rekib Božić notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gondor FC™'s Muamer Fahrić. Muamer Fahrić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elvir Bešimović in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Muamer Fahrić saved Gondor FC™ from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's Muamer Hamdić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muamer Fahrić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nerkez Arriagada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gavino Ubarna firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nedžo Jevtić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Gavino Ubarna made a huge save. In the 38th minute, Javiero Zanetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 played minutes, FISHBONE 06's Don John shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Muamer Fahrić came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FISHBONE 06 reached it. After 44 minutes, Elvir Bešimović mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FISHBONE 06 and the Gondor FC™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 47 minutes, Branislav Cokić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FISHBONE 06's supporters crossed their fingers, but Branislav Cokić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nedžo Jevtić in the 52nd minute of play forced FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Gavino Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Ubarna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedžo Jevtić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Don John hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The supporters of Gondor FC™ booed when FISHBONE 06 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don John didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mino Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Ecija came free, but Gavino Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Adalberto Ecija who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FISHBONE 06's Gavino Ubarna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gondor FC™'s Adalberto Ecija managed to work through FISHBONE 06's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Adalberto Ecija dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Gondor FC™'s Muamer Fahrić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Gondor FC™ from getting a goal against them. Saša Daničić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Adalberto Ecija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muamer Fahrić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rekib Božić, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 88th minute Adalberto Ecija shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, FISHBONE 06's goal looked a bit too open when Blaz Imširević came free, but Gavino Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FISHBONE 06's Gavino Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Ecija in the 96th minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
