In the 19th minute, Jay-Jay Okocha made a precise shot to the right of Arsenio Cordeal. Plebeyos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Vergaray got free with Maximiliano Iigo in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximiliano Iigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaden Hutton in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Aaden Hutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaden Hutton got free with Maximiliano Iigo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel-Omar Batista came free, but Arsenio Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Jay-Jay Okocha notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal. Arsenio Cordeal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute, Zoilo Viejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 42nd minute of play. Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel-Omar Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ★Independiente Ψ★'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adan Aresti in the 47th minute. A nice corner shot did that Adan Aresti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arsenio Cordeal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half ★Independiente Ψ★ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Aaden Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Maximiliano Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Plebeyos defense, Gabriel-Omar Batista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arsenio Cordeal. The Plebeyos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Cordeal should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Plebeyos's goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista. Lázaro Rufo charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lázaro Rufo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. ★Independiente Ψ★:s Maximiliano Iigo showed great skill when he stopped Aaden Hutton:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Vergaray in the 74th minute of play forced ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Maximiliano Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Uter in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Vergaray came free, but Maximiliano Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Gabriel-Omar Batista lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Arsenio Cordeal. Maximiliano Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Vergaray, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Severo Izel made a great header on Plebeyos's corner, it was just that ★Independiente Ψ★'s Maximiliano Iigo managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Cristian Jaunti hit a great ball. Maximiliano Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaden Hutton in the 97th minute of the match. In the 98thth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Plebeyos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ★Independiente Ψ★'s performance. The match ended with a win for ★Independiente Ψ★.
