Aitor Branca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Aitor Branca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki did a great save. Javier Perpiñán came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru. But to his dismay, Nestor Bâru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute of the match Unidad de Matanza got a corner. Dolar Blue Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Waldemar Okopny ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 22 minutes, Nestor Bâru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidad de Matanza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Bâru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mario Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jonatan Eguzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Eguzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Rodriguez in the 33rd minute. When Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dolar Blue Ψ's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Dolar Blue Ψ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Aitor Branca hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute of the match, Mario Rodriguez got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonatan Eguzki was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Unidad de Matanza's Jonatan Eguzki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. The Dolar Blue Ψ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unidad de Matanza were winning 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aitor Branca made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Rodriguez in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Eguzki saved Unidad de Matanza from getting behind. Javier Perpiñán made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Nestor Bâru sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute Nestor Bâru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Perpiñán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dolar Blue Ψ's Javier Perpiñán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Okopny in the 69th minute of play. Dolar Blue Ψ made a substitution. Arnulfo Chano replaced Aitor Branca. When Unidad de Matanza's Michal Stehno in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jonatan Eguzki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Chano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes into the match, Dolar Blue Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Kirchner came free, but Javier Perpiñán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Stehno in the 85th minute of play forced Dolar Blue Ψ's goalkeeper Javier Perpiñán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Unidad de Matanza were awarded a corner. Martin Grøtterud went to the cornerflag to take it. Dolar Blue Ψ's Javier Perpiñán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Dolar Blue Ψ from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Grøtterud got free with Javier Perpiñán in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dolar Blue Ψ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Unidad de Matanza had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
