Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvīns van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edvīns van der Sar came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by FK Mintis Vilnius's Hubertas Dabkevičius. But to his dismay, Hubertas Dabkevičius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Oliver Can had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jarūnas Kuliešius. Oliver Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 10th minute of the match. With a little luck, FK Mintis Vilnius's Oliver Can got control of the ball when Jarūnas Kuliešius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliver Can made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Hubertas Dabkevičius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edvīns van der Sar was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 18th minute Kris Chamberlain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Can saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, FC Alytus United's Oliver Can threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jarūnas Kuliešius, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 22nd minute of the match Cafu Antunes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Can showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oliver Can showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarūnas Kuliešius, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Oliver Can took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romualdas Motiekaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, FK Mintis Vilnius's goal looked a bit too open when Jarūnas Kuliešius came free, but Oliver Can reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubertas Dabkevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Oliver Can successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Arūnas Pukelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvīns van der Sar having to interfere. Jarūnas Kuliešius's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oliver Can firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Jarūnas Kuliešius made the kick off in the second half. Hubertas Dabkevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Alytus United's Edvīns van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arūnas Pukelis in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Arūnas Pukelis hit a great ball. Edvīns van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 61st minute of the match. Daavid Šembera kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Edvīns van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubertas Dabkevičius in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarūnas Kuliešius in the 88th minute of play forced FK Mintis Vilnius's goalkeeper Oliver Can to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Mintis Vilnius getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Hubertas Dabkevičius hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Kris Chamberlain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Can saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Alytus United's Kris Chamberlain in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK Mintis Vilnius's goalie prevented a goal. 91 minutes into the game, Jarūnas Kuliešius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Oliver Can was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to FC Alytus United getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Deividas Mencendorfs hit a great ball. Edvīns van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arūnas Pukelis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FK Mintis Vilnius players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
