The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Geležinis Vilkas's zone, Ali Numan Afak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidijus Merkelis came out of the goal and Ali Numan Afak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Harsh Gods getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jokūbas Miškūnas hit a great ball. In the 9th minute Nojus Bikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gersi Snabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jokūbas Miškūnas made in the 10th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Geležinis Vilkas's Lucero Fritis. Nojus Bikas took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gersi Snabe. Gersi Snabe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 15 minutes into the match, Nojus Bikas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gersi Snabe, 2-0. 20 minutes into the match, Harsh Gods's goal looked a bit too open when Nojus Bikas came free, but Gersi Snabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jogaila Makauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Lain came free, but Ovidijus Merkelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Lain in the 25th minute of play. Eitautas Ivoška sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nojus Bikas might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gersi Snabe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nojus Bikas ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe got control of the ball when Nojus Bikas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ovidijus Merkelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Lain in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Lain in the 32nd minute of play forced Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Ovidijus Merkelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Numan Afak in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38th minute, Jogaila Makauskas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovidijus Merkelis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ovidijus Merkelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Harsh Gods's Gersi Snabe got control of the ball when Pere Bombardier tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Lain made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Jogaila Makauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidijus Merkelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Geležinis Vilkas's goalkeeper Ovidijus Merkelis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Lain. In the 57th minute, Jogaila Makauskas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Harsh Gods fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Geležinis Vilkas's Ovidijus Merkelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Lain in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes Geležinis Vilkas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roberto Carlos who took care of the corner kick. Nojus Bikas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gersi Snabe having to make a save. 70 minutes into the game, Steven Verhaeghen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geležinis Vilkas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harsh Gods the free kick. The supporters of Harsh Gods booed when Geležinis Vilkas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Verhaeghen didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nojus Bikas in the 74th minute of play forced Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute of the match Geležinis Vilkas got a corner. Harsh Gods's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eitautas Ivoška ran over to the corner to take the kick. 77 minutes into the match, Harsh Gods's goal looked a bit too open when Nojus Bikas came free, but Gersi Snabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ali Numan Afak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ovidijus Merkelis. That made the score 3-3 in the 80 minute of play. Nojus Bikas scored 4-3 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gersi Snabe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harsh Gods's goalkeeper Gersi Snabe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Harsh Gods's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eitautas Ivoška was slow to take the kick. During this time Geležinis Vilkas's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Eitautas Ivoška got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gersi Snabe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Geležinis Vilkas's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
