Kyle Connor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kev Basham in the 7th minute of the match. Barry Lowe kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Harold Lloyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lawrence Nash having to interfere. Justin Beevers hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Harold Lloyd took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lawrence Nash. Lawrence Nash dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 39 minutes into the match, Marty Hill notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of FC LIVERPOOL's Lawrence Nash. Lawrence Nash was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 played minutes FC LIVERPOOL got a freekick which was hit by Mick Mortimer. Marty Hill charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marty Hill the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Heavenly Hooters getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Marty Hill hit a great ball. In the 47th minute of the match, Kev Basham tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kyle Connor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harold Lloyd made a kick off. FC LIVERPOOL's Lawrence Nash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Lloyd in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 minutes, Kev Basham made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Heavenly Hooters's Kyle Connor tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th match minute, Heavenly Hooters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Langford to maneuver through the defense. Heavenly Hooters's Conal Toovey was substituted for Wayne Bastow. After 65 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Dean Hurst. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kev Basham in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kyle Connor saved Heavenly Hooters from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Heavenly Hooters's Lawrence Nash threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marty Hill, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC LIVERPOOL's Lawrence Nash played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Lloyd in the 78th minute of play. Lawrence Nash was a little too slow when Marty Hill got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-3. Heavenly Hooters's Shawn Banks was substituted for Harold Lloyd. Lawrence Nash was a little too slow when Dom Billing got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-4. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Lon Chaney replaced Jeff Lincoln. Marty Hill had several of the FC LIVERPOOL's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Lawrence Nash as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lawrence Nash made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lon Chaney in the 96th minute.
