Lúcio Catarinense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apat Reina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Apat Reina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Catarinense in the 25th minute of play. Frank Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ediberto Porto made a huge save. Apat Reina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Catarinense in the 30th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the game, Retumbante FC's José Paulo Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ediberto Porto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Frank Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ediberto Porto made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marquinhos Leme made the kick off in the second half. Ediberto Porto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabinho Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd match minute, CRISDIELDAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Arce to maneuver through the defense. Ediberto Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Gonçalves in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Leme in the 60th minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CRISDIELDAN's Marquinhos Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute of the match CRISDIELDAN got a corner. Retumbante FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 乔延杰 ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Retumbante FC booed when CRISDIELDAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. 乔延杰 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Retumbante FC made a substitution. Luiz Fernando Mota replaced Basílio Cearense. In the 68th match minute, CRISDIELDAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 乔延杰 to maneuver through the defense. Retumbante FC's José Paulo Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ediberto Porto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belmiro Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, CRISDIELDAN's Marquinhos Leme got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, CRISDIELDAN's goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Mendonça came free, but Ediberto Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Retumbante FC's zone, Marquinhos Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apat Reina came out of the goal and Marquinhos Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Gonçalves scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ediberto Porto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Retumbante FC fully deserved thier win.
