Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kauã Mandrak started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute of the match, José Paulo Mendonça got a very nice opportunity to score, but Chico Donato was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Alan Franco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michel de Queirós in the 10 minute of the game. Retumbante FC's José Paulo Mendonça managed to work through DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. José Paulo Mendonça dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olivier Gilg in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apat Reina saved Retumbante FC from getting behind. Chico Donato made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Paulo Mendonça in the 15th minute. Apat Reina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Song Xiong Hong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Song Xiong Hong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Apat Reina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olivier Gilg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apat Reina having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olivier Gilg in the 21st minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th match minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Song Xiong Hong to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute Olivier Gilg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Retumbante FC's Apat Reina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olivier Gilg in the 34th minute of play. Apat Reina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olivier Gilg, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 37 minutes of play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apat Reina was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the game, Basílio Cearense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Retumbante FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DIPLOMATA FC PAB the free kick. In the 41st minute of the match Song Xiong Hong shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apat Reina showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Frank Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Chico Donato made a huge save. After 47 minutes of play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apat Reina was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half DIPLOMATA FC PAB were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olivier Gilg to strike the kick off in the second half. Chico Donato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Gonçalves in the 55th minute of the match. The Retumbante FC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Retumbante FC's Belmiro Mello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Olivier Gilg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 60th playminute. In the 63rd minute Song Xiong Hong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apat Reina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivier Gilg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olivier Gilg got free with Apat Reina in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Olivier Gilg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Apat Reina made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Olivier Gilg sent off a good shot on target. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt was substituted for Kauã Mandrak. Retumbante FC made a substitution. Luiz Fernando Mota replaced Basílio Cearense. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olivier Gilg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Apat Reina when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 93 minutes into the game, Retumbante FC's Fabinho Bittencourt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chico Donato made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. The Retumbante FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching DIPLOMATA FC PAB's performance. The match ended with a win for DIPLOMATA FC PAB.
