In the 37th minute Heigo Luiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Heigo Luiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Cunha having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eder Lopes to make the kick off. The supporters of Sabadim Harammes PRD booed when Matos Velhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Fagundes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
