Fabrício Lopes started the match with the kick off. Bernardo Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gusmão Benevides, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Azeari scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardo Leiria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernardo Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olívio Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 19th play minutes Olívio Ribas shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Bernardo Leiria and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Olívio Ribas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardo Leiria was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When Valério Vilaça fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SLB TELHA's protests and gave Valério Vilaça a yellow card for diving instead. 28 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's goal looked a bit too open when Olívio Ribas came free, but Bernardo Leiria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute of the match FC Fura Balizas got a corner. SLB TELHA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jânio Novaes ran over to the corner to take the kick. 32 minutes into the game, FC Fura Balizas's Olívio Ribas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Leiria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute Fabrício Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Bezerra came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Lameirinhas charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Lameirinhas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, one of FC Fura Balizas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Fura Balizas. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Valério Vilaça made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Ribas got free with Bernardo Leiria in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, SLB TELHA's Bernardo Leiria got control of the ball when Olívio Ribas tried to sneak it across the goal line. João Assunção kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Vilaça in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olívio Ribas in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Leiria saved SLB TELHA from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Lisandro Palhares got a free kick in the 76th minute. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Cândido Cabral replaced Mario Azeari. The supporters of SLB TELHA booed when FC Fura Balizas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Palhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, FC Fura Balizas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Bezerra came free, but Long Gang Sen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Bezerra in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Long Gang Sen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valério Vilaça struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Long Gang Sen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLB TELHA. A collision led to SLB TELHA getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Alexandre Barbosa hit a great ball. Long Gang Sen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Vilaça, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Long Gang Sen came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by SLB TELHA's Valério Vilaça. But to his dismay, Valério Vilaça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Eugeniusz Sanocki took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Bernardo Leiria to make any attempt to save it. In the 98th minute, Eugeniusz Sanocki made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Leiria. SLB TELHA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6.
