Sporting Clube Patrício's attentive Rubim Queirós managed to snatch the ball when Horia Taşcu made a throw-in in the 5th minute of the game. União Sport Clube Paredes's Edwin van der Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Devran Aktürk in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Jerónimo Furtado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Zarco Lameiras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edwin van der Sar was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 16th minute Jerónimo Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ademar Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A throw-in in the 17th minute of the game was made by Horia Taşcu with Alexandre Santana as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Edwin van der Sar made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Zarco Lameiras sent off a good shot on target. Devran Aktürk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Edwin van der Sar made a huge save. A sloppy throw-in by Horia Taşcu in the 34th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sporting Clube Patrício's Alişan Bağışhan. A collision led to União Sport Clube Paredes getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Lambe Kü hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Devran Aktürk got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Quilo in the 38th minute of play forced Sporting Clube Patrício's goalkeeper Ademar Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's goal looked a bit too open when Dabi Saens came free, but Ademar Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind União Sport Clube Paredes's goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 43 minutes União Sport Clube Paredes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Devran Aktürk who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sporting Clube Patrício's corner Devran Aktürk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Edwin van der Sar quite easily take care of the ball. When União Sport Clube Paredes's Jerónimo Furtado in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Portugal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Zarco Lameiras notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of União Sport Clube Paredes's Edwin van der Sar. Edwin van der Sar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ademar Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dabi Saens in the 55th minute of the match. Sporting Clube Patrício's attentive Alişan Bağışhan managed to snatch the ball when Horia Taşcu made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, União Sport Clube Paredes's Ademar Azevedo threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roman Quilo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Edwin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube Patrício's Magno Dias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edwin van der Sar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lambe Kü made in the 75th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Sporting Clube Patrício's Rubim Queirós. Vicente Maia got in the 76th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Edwin van der Sar handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Ademar Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerónimo Furtado in the 77th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Ademar Azevedo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dabi Saens got free with Ademar Azevedo in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Altino Palha with Roman Quilo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ademar Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Alexandre Santana sent off a good shot on target. Lambe Kü made in the 96th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jerónimo Furtado immediately put the ball in play. Sporting Clube Patrício's Ademar Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerónimo Furtado in the 97th minute of play. The Sporting Clube Patrício fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. União Sport Clube Paredes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
