Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Mauro Cunha successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 24th minute Abel Castelo Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Maltez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goal looked a bit too open when Ionel Bălăiță came free, but Armindo Maltez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Maltez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eder Lopes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Bladi in the 33rd minute of play. Mauro Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loukianos Livas in the 34th minute of the match. Armindo Maltez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Bălăiță, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ionel Bălăiță took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armindo Maltez. Armindo Maltez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alcino Jesus kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The Ponte do Carro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sabadim Harammes PRD were winning 0-2.

Armindo Maltez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Candal in the 52nd minute of play. Simão Boaventura hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute Mariano Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armindo Maltez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabadim Harammes PRD's Abel Castelo Branco got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eder Lopes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Armindo Maltez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Armindo Maltez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Bladi in the 63rd minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Armindo Maltez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Maltez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Bladi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sabadim Harammes PRD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
