A collision led to SC Angrense getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tzeko Kotlarski hit a great ball. Martinho Saraiva took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Honorato Alves. SC Angrense's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Honorato Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute, Hugon Kolbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Honorato Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

SC Angrense's attentive Emanuel Burtea managed to snatch the ball when Porfírio Prates made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game.
