SITIO CITY's Fabio Onbera quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mattias Jonasson, made in the 3rd minute of the game. When Milosz Gierlach came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the SITIO CITY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milosz Gierlach couldn't finish the play. Avelino Cunha didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Cristiano Lage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Gervásio Severiano came free, but Cristiano Lage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The supporters of VB-Team booed when SITIO CITY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Campelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 33 minutes of play, SITIO CITY's Pál Polyák made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avelino Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute, Luís Braga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano Lage was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind VB-Team's goalkeeper Avelino Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joaquim de Barros to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Arthur Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Lage made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 56th minute. Avelino Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pál Polyák's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Avelino Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pál Polyák, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. SITIO CITY's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Cristiano Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. VB-Team made a substitution. Qiu Sheng Bang replaced Sandro Leitão. In the 72nd minute of the match VB-Team got a corner. SITIO CITY's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Braga ran over to the corner to take the kick. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by César Sampaio with Luís Braga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Pál Polyák came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the SITIO CITY fans jumped to their feet. SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia was substituted for Pál Polyák. 78 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Garcia came free, but Avelino Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SITIO CITY were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after VB-Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rubim Jordão took the corner. After taking down the ball on SITIO CITY's corner Rubim Jordão fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Avelino Cunha quite easily take care of the ball. Arthur Guerra hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Carlos Garcia scored 6-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Avelino Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Avelino Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Garcia in the 87th minute of play. SITIO CITY's Carlos Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristiano Lage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Carlos Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Avelino Cunha. VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1.
