Robert Dinamite recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Angrense's Honorato Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dinamite in the 5th minute of play. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Jacek Ptaszek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Robert Dinamite had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Honorato Alves. SC Angrense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Dinamite was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, SC Angrense's Carlos Meireles got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute Charlie Hultin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Dinamite in the 16th minute of play forced SC Angrense's goalkeeper Honorato Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Moutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. António Silva made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Wiliam Queiroz however managed to control. Jacek Ptaszek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Dinamite in the 31st minute of play forced SC Angrense's goalkeeper Honorato Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Tzeko Kotlarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC Angrense's Honorato Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dinamite in the 34th minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Saúl Cavaco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Despite a couple of nice moves Honorato Alves's wasn't to be fooled and made an easy save when Wiliam Queiroz was beeing forced to shoot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Manuel Leme's late challenge caught a Suprs Academia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Leme helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Manuel Leme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honorato Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Moutinho in the 57th minute. A collision led to SC Angrense getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Manuel Leme hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Moutinho got free with Honorato Alves in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 67 played minutes SC Angrense got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Leme. Manuel Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. SC Angrense's Honorato Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Dinamite in the 71st minute of play. Manuel Leme was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, SC Angrense's Manuel Leme got a free kick in the 74th minute. Jacek Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Meireles in the 77th minute of the match. Amílcar Leiria succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 80th playminute. 90 minutes into the match, Amílcar Leiria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Honorato Alves, 0-3. Emiliano Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Suprs Academia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Angrense.
