When Saúl Zambujal fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. Paços de Ferreira's protests and gave Saúl Zambujal a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Poças made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Fu Han Qiang sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute Fu Han Qiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Poças saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Idalécio Fontes got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jorge Ruas. Miguel Poças took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fu Han Qiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
