An unexpected shot in the 5th minute by Angelo Pessoa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 10 minutes into the game, Andarilhos's Fu Han Qiang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Bastos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 13th minute Fu Han Qiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fu Han Qiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Jorge Ruas notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AM United's David Bastos. David Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antony Bruno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Andarilhos fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Andarilhos's Fu Han Qiang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 59th minute Jarbas Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Ruas ran back to his position shaking his head. Jon Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Freire in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Angelo Pessoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AM United's David Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Ruas in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Andarilhos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
