Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miguel Rodríguez got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, A.D.ESMOJÃES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Souto to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Rodríguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Laureano Rijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, A.D.ESMOJÃES's Izydor Domalik got a free kick in the 4th minute. Laureano Rijo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Rosen in the 6th minute of play. The supporters of A.D.ESMOJÃES booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Beton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Rodríguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Rijo having to interfere. In the 13th minute Sílvio Luís Ceresso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Rijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Garcia in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ni Guang Yong prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Pinhote FC defense, Cassiano Brochado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ni Guang Yong. The Pinhote FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ni Guang Yong should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute, Eduardo Bulhosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D.ESMOJÃES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Laureano Rijo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Rodríguez went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ni Guang Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Bulhosa in the 35th minute of the match. Ni Guang Yong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateus Baldaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The supporters of A.D.ESMOJÃES booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kang Ning Yu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Garcia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, A.D.ESMOJÃES's Cassiano Brochado got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes A.D.ESMOJÃES got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Domalik. Damião Maia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laureano Rijo. A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Pinhote FC's Ni Guang Yong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Garcia in the 58th minute of play. Laureano Rijo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Ni Guang Yong was a little too slow when Jonas Garcia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 2-3. In the 69th minute Waldemar Rosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Rijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D.ESMOJÃES's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damião Maia was slow to take the kick. During this time Pinhote FC's players had a chance to rest. Damião Maia made a great header on Pinhote FC's corner, it was just that A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo managed to reach the ball for a save. 73 minutes into the game, Eduardo Bulhosa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pinhote FC's Imre Hellinger quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 75th minute of play. Waldemar Rosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Pinhote FC's Sílvio Luís Ceresso in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalie prevented a goal. After 85 minutes A.D.ESMOJÃES's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Damião Maia who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Pinhote FC's Sílvio Luís Ceresso to fire away a dangerous shot which Laureano Rijo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, A.D.ESMOJÃES's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Rodríguez came free, but Laureano Rijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched A.D.ESMOJÃES eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
