Pinhote FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Jorge Ruas scored to the left of an out of position Ni Guang Yong, making the score, 2-0. After 18 minutes, Waldemar Rosen made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Andarilhos's Jon Oblak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 25 minutes, Gonzalo Montiel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andarilhos and the Pinhote FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Gonzalo Montiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Gualter Távora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Rosen came free, but Jon Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fu Han Qiang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ni Guang Yong made a huge save. Imre Hellinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Jon Oblak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andarilhos's Jon Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Rosen in the 43rd minute of play. Ni Guang Yong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fu Han Qiang in the 46th minute. Sílvio Luís Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jon Oblak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Luís Ceresso to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Andarilhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Espinosa to maneuver through the defense. Jon Oblak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damião Maia in the 54th minute. The supporters of Pinhote FC booed when Andarilhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Velasques didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Andarilhos booed when Pinhote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kang Ning Yu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andarilhos's Gonzalo Montiel got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute Antony Bruno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ni Guang Yong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ni Guang Yong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Ruas in the 75th minute of the match. Sílvio Luís Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fu Han Qiang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ni Guang Yong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pinhote FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Andarilhos.
