The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute Georg Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Konstantakakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Flatline Zombies's Uriel Imbach got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Hamburg Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Gustavsson came free, but Pavlos Konstantakakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armağan Mukremin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Bocu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Gianni Balla came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianni Balla in the 22nd minute of play forced Flatline Zombies's goalkeeper Armağan Mukremin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Dinu Bocu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armağan Mukremin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Flatline Zombies's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wieslaw Obuchowicz was slow to take the kick. During this time Hamburg Fighters's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Dinu Bocu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armağan Mukremin was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Armağan Mukremin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinu Bocu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armağan Mukremin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Finn Neeser kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinu Bocu to strike the kick off in the second half. Pavlos Konstantakakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levent Erkinay in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Gustavsson in the 57th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Pavlos Konstantakakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavlos Konstantakakis came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Flatline Zombies's Georg Gustavsson. But to his dismay, Georg Gustavsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Brandon Rick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinu Bocu struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Armağan Mukremin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamburg Fighters. Gianluca Balla hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Pavlos Konstantakakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peppone Simmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's Paulo Seco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavlos Konstantakakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hamburg Fighters's Pavlos Konstantakakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Seco in the 78th minute of play. Pavlos Konstantakakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dinu Bocu got free with Armağan Mukremin in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armağan Mukremin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gianluca Balla in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin got control of the ball when Gianluca Balla tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Gianni Balla came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liborius Müller in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavlos Konstantakakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pavlos Konstantakakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Liborius Müller's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Dinu Bocu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Despite being the better team, Hamburg Fighters failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
