Gaudencio Lekubegi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lionel Paly having to make a save. Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tory Pryor, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Iwan Lepucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Rosa in the 9th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tory Pryor got free with Iwan Lepucki in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Tory Pryor took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Iwan Lepucki to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Lekubegi notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly. Lionel Paly was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki got control of the ball when Tory Pryor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, Gaudencio Lekubegi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lionel Paly was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Gaudencio Lekubegi might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Paly. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gaudencio Lekubegi ran back to his position shaking his head. Lionel Paly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Gaudencio Lekubegi notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaudencio Lekubegi made a kick off. If Gaudencio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 51st minute of the match. Gaudencio Lekubegi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute of the match, Gaudencio Lekubegi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lionel Paly saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 60 minutes into the game, Tory Pryor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-5. Iwan Lepucki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel Paly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fred Feuerstein replaced Mo Salah. Lionel Paly made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gauthier Spiller in the 85th minute. Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 86th minute of the match. Gaudencio Lekubegi might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lionel Paly. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pirmin Jäggi in the 91st minute of play forced LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Lekubegi lined in a short shot 3-7 behind a frustrated Lionel Paly. Although FC Wil 1900 had been in control for most of the match, LavAzzA still came away with the win.
