Fire Devils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Sessa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Fire Devils's Nat Rohn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Don Merlot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Nat Rohn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Alberigo Sessa made a precise shot to the right of Nat Rohn. Fire Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Fire Devils's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
