Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Liver Bird's Pat Eggers started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Bernhard got free with Stig Verlengia in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulfa FSV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Friedrich Hölderlin in the 5th minute. A nice corner shot did that Friedrich Hölderlin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stig Verlengia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liver Bird's goalkeeper Stig Verlengia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stig Verlengia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Esterházy in the 9th minute of the match. Hans Rosenthal lost his temper 11 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Hans Rosenthal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Ulfa FSV's zone, Jacques La Rosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Renner came out of the goal and Jacques La Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Peter Esterházy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig Verlengia was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Andreas Renner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathaniel Howald in the 17th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Pat Eggers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ulfa FSV's Andreas Renner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Esterházy in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Verlengia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andreas Renner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacques La Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pat Eggers in the 33rd minute of play forced Ulfa FSV's goalkeeper Andreas Renner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Ulfa FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Eggers came free, but Andreas Renner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liver Bird's Stig Verlengia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Esterházy in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Ulfa FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Pat Eggers came free, but Andreas Renner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Verlengia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Esterházy's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timoteo Kuhn in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Renner saved Ulfa FSV from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Peter Esterházy made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Peter Esterházy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ulfa FSV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Esterházy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clinton Werfel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Andreas Renner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvain Zimmermann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andreas Renner came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvain Zimmermann slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 65th minute. Friedrich Hölderlin's late challenge caught a Liver Bird's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Friedrich Hölderlin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Ulfa FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Friedrich Hölderlin to maneuver through the defense. Friedrich Hölderlin hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Liver Bird's Stig Verlengia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Thorke in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Timoteo Kuhn could shoot a difficult shot in the 79th minute, which Andreas Renner however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Liver Bird's Timoteo Kuhn slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andreas Renner. That made the score 0-3 after 79 minutes of play. Liver Bird's Jonathan Lamontagne was substituted for Clinton Werfel. The audience was convinced that Peter Esterházy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stig Verlengia was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Timoteo Kuhn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Andreas Renner made a huge save. Hans Thorke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Verlengia having to interfere. Andreas Renner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Lamontagne in the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Liver Bird eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
