A nice corner shot did that Willem Rinert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Burkhardt Teubler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fergus Maina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Hydén in the 16th minute of the match. If Willem Rinert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ämmer Sportfreaks's Fergus Maina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Kirchner in the 24th minute of play. Burkhardt Teubler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willem Rinert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gutierre Lauri to make the kick off.
