Bastian Hoeber made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Ämmer Sportfreaks's Patricius Lafranchi in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Büdlich-Breit's goalie prevented a goal. Fergus Maina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrick Schreiner's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, FC Büdlich-Breit's goal looked a bit too open when Gutierre Lauri came free, but Bastian Hoeber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes in the game, Gutierre Lauri dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. When Patrick Schreiner came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Büdlich-Breit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patrick Schreiner couldn't finish the play. When Ämmer Sportfreaks's Gutierre Lauri in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Büdlich-Breit's goalie prevented a goal. Bastian Hoeber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Godoy in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 24th minute of play forced FC Büdlich-Breit's goalkeeper Bastian Hoeber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fergus Maina had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Niko Schmitz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Ämmer Sportfreaks's Gutierre Lauri in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Büdlich-Breit's goalie prevented a goal. The corner led Ämmer Sportfreaks's Gutierre Lauri to fire away a dangerous shot which Bastian Hoeber despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bastian Hoeber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricius Lafranchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Marcus Schmitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Silverio Godoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ämmer Sportfreaks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Godoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gutierre Lauri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fergus Maina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Schreiner, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Ämmer Sportfreaks were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patrick Schreiner made a kick off. Fergus Maina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niko Schmitz in the 51st minute of play. If Gutierre Lauri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Büdlich-Breit's Bastian Hoeber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Gerber in the 53rd minute of play. Silverio Godoy hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gutierre Lauri in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bastian Hoeber saved FC Büdlich-Breit from getting behind. FC Büdlich-Breit's Bastian Hoeber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gutierre Lauri in the 61st minute of play. After 64 minutes Ämmer Sportfreaks's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jorge Reynen who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Büdlich-Breit's corner Jorge Reynen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fergus Maina quite easily take care of the ball. Silverio Godoys short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Bastian Hoeber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ämmer Sportfreaks's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Willem Rinert in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, FC Büdlich-Breit's goal looked a bit too open when Patricius Lafranchi came free, but Bastian Hoeber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silverio Godoy in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bastian Hoeber saved FC Büdlich-Breit from getting behind. After 81 played minutes FC Büdlich-Breit got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Schmitz. The audience was convinced that Gutierre Lauri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bastian Hoeber was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Ämmer Sportfreaks's Bastian Hoeber threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Silverio Godoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, FC Büdlich-Breit's Marcus Schmitz got a free kick in the 85th minute. FC Büdlich-Breit's Bastian Hoeber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willem Rinert in the 86th minute of play. When Silverio Godoy came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ämmer Sportfreaks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Godoy couldn't finish the play. The Ämmer Sportfreaks supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ämmer Sportfreaks would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
