After 2 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Timmie Nyemanting. 12 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Nino Schurter came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Espen Steelers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alain Berset to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 21st minute of play forced B68 Toftir's goalkeeper Beat Leutwyler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espen Steelers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Williams Imholz in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute Alain Berset shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Leutwyler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match, Lázaro Lizbeth tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gregor Kobel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alain Berset in the 32nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Lázaro Lizbeth kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gregor Kobel. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Beat Leutwyler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nino Schurter in the 37th minute of the match. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alain Berset in the 40th minute of play. Espen Steelers's Gregor Kobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmie Nyemanting in the 44th minute of play.

Calistrat Velicu kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Gregor Kobel came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by B68 Toftir's Lázaro Lizbeth. But to his dismay, Lázaro Lizbeth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save B68 Toftir from getting a goal against them. Gregor Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59 minutes Espen Steelers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lázaro Lizbeth who took care of the corner kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nino Schurter got free with Beat Leutwyler in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the match, B68 Toftir's goal looked a bit too open when Nino Schurter came free, but Beat Leutwyler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Alain Berset dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Beat Leutwyler, 2-1. Espen Steelers's Rogelio Montez was substituted for Alain Berset. 70 minutes into the match, Rogelio Montez notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler. Beat Leutwyler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Tobie Canclini replaced Calistrat Velicu. In the 78th minute, Williams Imholz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nino Schurter in the 81st minute of play. In the 84th minute Rogelio Montez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beat Leutwyler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogelio Montez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beat Leutwyler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. A collision led to B68 Toftir getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Maximino Goi hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogelio Montez in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beat Leutwyler saved B68 Toftir from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Montez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beat Leutwyler was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. The Espen Steelers players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented B68 Toftir from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
