In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s goalkeeper Roberto Layton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 24th minute Carlo Darrigrande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Angelescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Layton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laurențiu Pora's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After having played for 41 minutes, Laurențiu Pora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hayalim Kedoshim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurențiu Pora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Roberto Layton got control of the ball when Laurențiu Pora tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hunfredo Mancina kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlo Darrigrande was the one to do the kick off. Roberto Layton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurențiu Pora in the 59th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Augustin Amurăriței took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Cazimir Angelescu to make any attempt to save it. Vladimiro Lauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Layton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
