With a little luck, A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe got control of the ball when Carlos Calvet tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Del Piero in the 14th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bonifacio Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Del Piero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bonifacio Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from James Batistuta in the 21st minute of the match. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Hulberto in the 29th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Glenn Fyfe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bonifacio Baumer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from James Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute of the match, Dries van Veldhuizen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Glenn Fyfe saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A4p FC Gad's Glenn Fyfe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitt Back in the 39th minute of play. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Hulberto in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Mitt Back dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Glenn Fyfe, 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for James Batistuta to strike the kick off in the second half. Glenn Fyfe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitt Back in the 57th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goal looked a bit too open when James Batistuta came free, but Bonifacio Baumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Enhebrator FC's Mitt Back got a free kick in the 64th minute. Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Scorpio in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavius Cândroveanu. Enhebrator FC's Alejo Marz was substituted for Carlos Calvet. A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc was substituted for James Batistuta. Bernard Janiczek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Glenn Fyfe having to make a save. In the 95th minute Enhebrator FC were awarded a corner. Jairo Hulberto went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of A4p FC Gad's goalie and right to Artemio Quin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. A4p FC Gad's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
