Valério Vilaça started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the match, SLB TELHA's Valério Vilaça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionisio Raphael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by PINGO PINGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaspar Correia was slow to take the kick. During this time SLB TELHA's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Luís Ribas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Dionisio Raphael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Ribas, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. SLB TELHA's Bernardo Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Micarelli in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, SLB TELHA's Liboslav Krušina made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Raphael was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute Felipe Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PINGO PINGO's Felipe Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dionisio Raphael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liboslav Krušina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Felipe Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, PINGO PINGO's Felipe Fernandes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Bernardo Leiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Fernandes in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, SLB TELHA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liboslav Krušina to maneuver through the defense. PINGO PINGO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joga Bem in the 43rd minute. Bernardo Leiria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Micarelli to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo José de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Dionisio Raphael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PINGO PINGO fully deserved thier win.
