Ismael Furman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Udalaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehat Kovaçi in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Boniel in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Furman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute Mehat Kovaçi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Udalaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Boniel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Furman having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Mehat Kovaçi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeo Udalaitz. That made the score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. After having played for 36 minutes, Marc-Aurèle Bougault managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Machine Gun Kelly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc-Aurèle Bougault was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Equipo's zone, Aristides Boniel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Furman came out of the goal and Aristides Boniel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Machine Gun Kelly made a substitution. Conrado Erramun replaced Aristides Boniel. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehat Kovaçi to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Rolando Azevedo in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Equipo's Sid Todd. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Tadeo Udalaitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Conrado Erramun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Machine Gun Kelly fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Conrado Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismael Furman made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Conrado Erramun sent off a good shot on target. Unai Papachronopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Machine Gun Kelly's Sebastian Kismi was substituted for Tony Parker. Ismael Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Erramun in the 69th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Conrado Erramun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ismael Furman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Equipo's Sid Todd managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Martin Oihan in the 79 minute of the game. After 86 minutes of play, Machine Gun Kelly's Conrado Erramun made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Furman was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Erramun in the 91st minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Ismael Furman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Conrado Erramun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Furman was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Machine Gun Kelly's Tadeo Udalaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Beugnet in the 94th minute of play. Ismael Furman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Erramun, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. If Bruno Beugnet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Equipo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Machine Gun Kelly were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
