The referee ignored Konurbano Atletico's protests and gave Hugo Botello a yellow card for diving instead. 42 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's goal looked a bit too open when Drago Nair came free, but Teobaldo Demario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Konurbano Atletico's Severiano Tiadoro was substituted for Remigiusz Bubczyk. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abi Schrape to make the kick off. Tino Casal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Tino Casal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abi Schrape's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute Konurbano Atletico were awarded a corner. Maximino Terciero went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Konurbano Atletico's Teobaldo Demario got control of the ball when Cayo Mario tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Cristian Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Konurbano Atletico's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Ronaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tino Casal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Although Konurbano Atletico had been in control for most of the match, Radiohead Freaks Club still came away with the win.
