The supporters of Konurbano Atletico booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronny Whieldon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Konurbano Atletico's Maximino Terciero broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Vincent Blakeley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abi Schrape's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Bruce Marler's late challenge caught a Konurbano Atletico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruce Marler helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Bruce Marler got a free kick in the 11th minute. Konurbano Atletico's Teobaldo Demario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosh Goodwin in the 15th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peter Crouch got free with Teobaldo Demario in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Maximino Terciero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Blakeley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Blakeley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Ronaldo in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Ronaldo came free, but Vincent Blakeley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Konurbano Atletico getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Narcis Hurezeanu hit a great ball. Krzysztof Pochorylo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After 41 minutes, Rex Wall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Egg Chasers FC and the Konurbano Atletico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rex Wall kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Goodwin in the 43rd minute of play forced Konurbano Atletico's goalkeeper Teobaldo Demario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vincent Blakeley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Ronaldo went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abi Schrape made a kick off. Egg Chasers FC's Vincent Blakeley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Egg Chasers FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Rex Wall got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute of the match Maximino Terciero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Blakeley showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Abi Schrape had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vincent Blakeley. Egg Chasers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abi Schrape was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 70 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Vincent Blakeley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernan Machado. Vincent Blakeley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Ronaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Ronaldo came free, but Vincent Blakeley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Abi Schrape shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincent Blakeley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The coaching staff of Egg Chasers FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ronny Whieldon had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 92nd minute of the match Maximino Terciero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Blakeley skillfully saved the ball. Teobaldo Demario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruce Marler in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Fernan Machado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vincent Blakeley. Egg Chasers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. When the match was over Konurbano Atletico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Egg Chasers FC throughout the match.
